Kenneth A. Minor, CPA, started his career with Deloitte in 1984, is a certified public accountant. He has a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Western Michigan University, and has been serving as the financial advisor,  Corporate Secretary, and CFO for Elite Health Systems Inc. since 2024.
