Prasad Jeereddi, MD brings an in-depth understanding and experience within every facet of the healthcare industry. Dr. Jeereddi is a board-certified Endocrinologist with practice offices in Upland, Montclair, and Ontario, CA. His work with ACOs, value-based care and population health will benefit members of Elite Health Plan as his focus as an Endocrinologist brings vast knowledge and understanding of managing chronic conditions. This experience helps with a comprehensive plan design utilizing NCQA-based Models of Care programs.  Dr. Jeereddi has been involved in Medicare Advantage as an IPA/MSO owner. He worked directly with Inter Valley Health Plan, a not-for-profit MAPD plan in Pomona Valley, where he served as Chairman of the Board for 8 years. His years of experience and pursuit of technologies within the medical field and his leadership fosters Elite Health Plan’s mission to help communities to align with physicians and healthcare facilities. This allows for the building of integrated networks that collaborate to provide the highest quality of care to members.  Dr. Jeereddi serves as Chairman of the Board for Elite Health Systems, Inc., as well as President / CEO of Elite Health Plan, Inc.

Chenjie (BaoBao) Reeher, SHRM-CP

Chenjie (BaoBao) Reeher, SHRM-CP is an investment and operations professional who holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. In continuation of her education, she is also pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Health Care Management & Administration from UCLA. BaoBao is an investment management professional with 15+ years of experience as well as a licensed realtor. Her expertise in operations is further enhanced by her work as the Director of Operations for a Management Services Organization (MSO) that specializes in physician and facility optimization by providing services designed to streamline administrative and operational processes in healthcare, leading to improved patient outcomes and experiences. She works with numerous affiliates across the healthcare provider and facility spectrum; ranging from IPAs, physician-owned medical groups, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, hospitalist consultants, home health services, hospice agencies, and local hospital organizations. She also has experience as Executive Director for MAP Realty which requires organization, financial, and operational leadership skills, directing a team of professionals who work with investors seeking to purchase, lease, and/or sell commercial medical-space properties.

Kenneth A. Minor, CPA 

Kenneth A. Minor, CPA has been the financial advisor to Elite Health Systems, Inc. since April 2024 and Corporate Secretary since October 2024. Ken served in a consulting role as the CFO of Elite Health Plan, Inc. since April, 2024. Mr. Minor is an independent fractional CFO providing services to a variety of private and public companies with Spotlight CFO Services, LLC, a firm he founded in August 2019. Prior to that Mr. Minor served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Sonic Foundry, a publicly held SAAS-based company, from June 1997 through February 2024, a VP-Treasurer of Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer of truck trailers from 1994 to 1997, and as Controller of Autodie Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer of tools and dies for the auto industry from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Minor started his career with Deloitte in 1984, is a certified public accountant and has a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Western Michigan University.

Alan Gold

Alan Gold

Alan Gold has served as President and Chairman of the Board of the Company since 1996. Mr. Gold has also been a director of the Company since its formation in 1993. Mr. Gold served as President of GHS from 1983 through May 1999 and director of GHS since its formation through November 1999. Mr. Gold was one of the founders of Global Health Systems, the predecessor of GHS, serving as its President since its formation in July  1983. From 1981 to 1983,he served as Executive Vice President of Libra Group, a company located in Rockville, Maryland, engaged in health care automation, where he was President of Global Health Foundation and Libra Research and Executive Vice President of Libra Technology. From July 1997 through March 1998 Mr. Gold was also an employee of Health Management Systems.

William F. Leimkuhler

William F. Leimkuhler has served as Director of the Company since May 1999. He also served as a director of GHS since 1984 through November 1999. Mr. Leimkuhler currently serves as a senior vice president of Mutualink, Inc. (“Mutualink”), a privately owned provider of communications interoperability solutions for public safety and critical infrastructure. From November 2017 to January 2021, Mr. Leimkuhler served as Mutualink’s chief financial officer. He also served as general counsel of Paice Corporation, a privately held developer of hybrid electric powertrains, from August 1999 through December 2023. In addition, Mr. Leimkuhler advises a number of technology-based companies on business, financial and legal matters. From 1994 through 1999, he held various positions with Allen & Company LLC, a New York investment banking firm, initially serving as the firm’s general counsel. From 2012 to 2019, Mr. Leimkuhler was a member of the Board of Directors of Northern Power Systems Corp. (TSX: NPS), which designed, manufactured and serviced wind turbines. Since 2007, Mr. Leimkuhler has also served as a director of Argan, Inc. (“Argan”), which provides engineering, procurement and construction services for power plants and industrial facilities. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Argan in August 2022.

William St. Lawrence

William St. Lawrence has served as Director of the Company since April 2023. Mr. St. Lawrence has served as General Counsel and VP of Business Development at Cayster, Inc., a dental technology company, since August 2019. Prior to joining Cayster, Mr. St. Lawrence served from February 2017 to August 2019, as General Counsel and then interim CEO at Northern Power Systems (TSX), a VT-based renewable energy company. From September 2012 to December 2020, Mr. St. Lawrence was General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Northeast Wireless Networks, a wholesale shared access cellular networks company acquired by AT&T in September 2018. Mr. Lawrence serves as an advisor for a variety of technology and other companies. From May 2021 until March 2024, Mr. St. Lawrence also served as a Director of Sonic Foundry Inc.

Haranath Policherla, MD

Haranath Policherla, MD was appointed to the Board of Directors of Elite Health Systems, Inc. on July 26, 2025, as a non-executive director. Dr. Policherla is a board-certified neurologist with more than three decades of clinical and leadership experience. Since 1990, he has served as President of Pointe Neurology & Michigan Center for Sleep Disorders, where he specializes in neurology, sleep medicine, and neurorehabilitation.

From 2005 to 2016, Dr. Policherla served as Vice Chairman of Global Hospitals Group, where he played a key role in medical infrastructure development and expansion initiatives. His contributions to medicine and community service have been widely recognized, and his work extends beyond healthcare into advocacy for Telugu culture. In addition to his medical career, Dr. Policherla is an accomplished producer, writer, and actor in the film industry.
